We are so happy you are here. Our desire is to get to know you better and to encourage you in your relationship and walk with Jesus. The mission of Women’s Ministry is to equip, connect, and inspire you to grow. We desire to provide opportunities to display God’s love as we serve one another and our community for the glory of God.

Women need encouragement; 1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.” Our ministry offers ways to help women seek Jesus Christ through His Word and through a personal relationship with Him. We desire woman to embrace Christ so tight that in return they would echo His heart for the world. We accomplish this through the disciplines of sharing our faith and living on mission with God. So, no matter if you are brand new to the Lord or you have been walking for years with Him, come and get involved today!

We look forward to meeting you!

Vickie Seymour, Women’s Ministry Overseer
I have been married for over 20 years. Combined, Gregg and I have five adult children and nine grandchildren. We have had many ups, downs and all arounds with the challenges that come with a blended family and life in general. After many obstacles and hard circumstances, I rededicated my life to Jesus August of 1996. From that moment my relationship with Jesus has been full steam ahead, no looking back. I had the privilege to immediately begin serving in church and a few short years I found myself counseling women who have similar backgrounds to mine. I became a Pastor’s wife October of 2006. My passion and love are to see people, of all ages, surrender their life to Christ and walk in the calling and plans that He has set out for them. It is never too late to put your trust in Him! Psalm 139:16 “Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”

I've been involved in ministry since 2003. My passion to serve the Lord grew during my first mission trip to Uganda in 2003 That is where the Bible came alive and my life was changed forever. My passion is to share the Word of God with others and to see God move through the power of prayer. I serve in Women's Ministry, Children's Ministry, Prayer Ministry, and in Missions. My life verse is Jeremiah 33:3, ”Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know."

In the Summer of 1996, I accepted Jesus as my Savior. My walk grew stronger with more understanding in 2000. I have a heart for the lost and have spent many years in front line ministry. We have been a part of the Calvary Red Rock Family since the early beginnings. I serve in Accounting, Hospitality, Women’s Ministry and Surrendering the Secret; a post-abortive ministry. I am married to my best friend, Daniel, since 1985. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking in the local mountains and traveling. The verses I stand on are Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

I have a heart for people of all ages, I’ve spent more than half of my life working as a hairstylist. I’ve spent hours upon hours encouraging people through difficult times as well as rejoicing with them in special ones. I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 9 years old but did not grasp the concept of making Him Lord until I was married and had children. My husband, Ricky, and I have been married for more than 33-years we have two adult children and four grandchildren. I have faced many difficult trials within my family and have learned how to rely on God as my only strength. I currently serve in Women’s Ministry, Surrendering the Secret; a post-abortive ministry and Children’s Ministry.

Surrendering the Secret, A Post-Abortive Bible Study
Statistics estimate that close to 43% (1 out of 3) women of childbearing age have experienced an abortion. These women carry an incredible burden of silence and heartache. Many struggle for years with repressed memories, guilt, shame, and depression. If you feel you have never completely healed or recovered from an abortion experience, or that a past abortion may be affecting your current quality of life, then Surrendering the Secret is for you. This study offers an 8-step biblical healing modeled by women who have been where you are. Surrendering the Secret is a study designed to bring women together who understand the need for seeking peace with the past and desire a better understanding of God’s plan for making the most painful losses of our past work for His glory! Our mission is to provide a supportive and confidential environment that facilitates healing and restoration from a past abortion and bringing a sense of hope and purpose for the future. If you have an abortion in your past, then join us in Surrendering the Secret. For the next Bible Study contact Kris Boucher 702-591-9981 or Tammy Windham 702-808-7477.
